How long does it take for my site to go online?
It typically takes 1–2 weeks after you return your reviewed copy. Simple sites can take 4–6 days; complex custom sites can take 3–4 weeks.
Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Yes. There is no setup fee and monthly payment plans are available on every package.
How do I review the website copy?
We send you a Word file with the copy for each page and a simple procedure for editing and returning it. Once we receive it, your site is online in 1–2 weeks.
How will my website come up on search engines?
Search engine optimization is included in the cost of every website. There are no additional fees for it.
Can I combine my client and donor sites?
Yes, you can have a donor page on a client site. The only caution is that donor copy shouldn't include anything that could discourage a potential client from visiting your center.
Can our donor website take online donations?
Yes. Online donations are available on all websites.
My center has free hosting from a donor. Can we use that?
Ramah offers a flat rate that includes hosting and domain registration, built into the cost of each site.
Should I cancel my current hosting?
Not until your new site is ready to launch. After launch, call your old host to cancel so you aren't billed again.
How do domain names work?
One domain name is included. Ramah purchases and manages it for you. If you already own a domain, we'll walk you through transferring it. Additional domains are available for a minimal fee.
Can I make changes to my site?
Yes. Email us your changes and we make them at no additional cost. Custom sites can also include CMS access so you can edit yourself.
Can I have a blog on my site?
Yes. Blogs are included on our websites.
Will my site link to our social media?
Yes. Every website links to your center's social accounts at no additional cost. If you'd like us to set accounts up for you, that's an add-on.
Can I include videos?
Yes. Your site can link to or embed your center's videos. Keep in mind that YouTube may show advertising you can't control at the end of videos.
Will my site have a contact form?
Yes. Every site includes a contact form with name, email, phone and reason for contact. More fields can be added on request.
